Services
Individual, family, and couples therapy can be done in person in Pasadena or via telehealth for California residents.
|
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy happens in confidential, one-on-one sessions at a time that is convenient for you. Choose between in-person sessions in a beautiful office in Pasadena, CA, or telehealth for California residents.
|
Child and Adolescent Therapy
Mental health is important for children and adolescents. Sessions are customized for the needs of the client and family, mostly one-on-one but including support systems when appropriate and agreed upon by the minor client.
|
Couples Therapy
Therapy for couples is inviting, nonjudgmental, and helpful in strengthening communication, facilitating exchanges of feelings, and exploring relationships in a mindful, respectful way. The client is the couple, and therapist offers tools, empathy, and connection.

What to expect:
Take a deep breath. I'm glad you're here. You are already taking positive steps toward change.
After your initial inquiry, we'll schedule a 15-minute consultation on the phone. You can talk to me about your concerns and hopes for therapy, and I'll tell you more about the process. If it sounds like a good fit, we can choose a time to meet that works for you, either in the office or via telehealth. Our first session will be an introduction, explanation of confidentiality in therapy, and an opportunity to feel heard.
Sessions are typically weekly for 50 minutes. I offer various payment options. I cannot accept insurance, but I can provide you with a superbill.
Whether therapy is for you, your child, or your relationship, you can take time to see if this is right for you. Then we can schedule ongoing weekly sessions to work toward your goals. Participation in therapy is voluntary, and the process is collaborative. Your feedback is always welcome and considered deeply in customizing our time together.
I hope to meet you soon!
